How can I order?

This is how you can order from Alfiltra.

Order via the online shop

You can order easily via our online shop . At www.alfiltra.de you can put the desired items in the shopping cart as usual and have the option of choosing between different payment methods. To do this you must provide your billing address and, if necessary, a different delivery address. In addition we need your telephone or cell phone number and your email address. You even have the option of creating a personal account via our online shop. In your personal account you can manage your address details and view your orders.

Request a personal offer

If you are not sure which water treatment system is right for you, you are welcome to request a personal offer from us. Simply use our offer form . In order to create the right offer for you, we need some information from you. This information are requested individually in the quotation form, such as your water consumption or water hardness. If you have already received your personal offer, you can confirm it by phone, email or fax.

Fri: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
A direct order by telephone is only possible once you are a customer of ours.
