Maintenance of a Filtraselect reverse osmosis system

Through our factory customer service, we offer maintenance for your Filtraselect reverse osmosis system. This RO system is equipped with a softener and also includes membrane replacement.

Maintenance includes the following points:

• Measure water hardness of feed water
• Measure conductivity of product water
• Check system for leaks
• Replace pre-filter cartridge
• 2 Change membranes
• Check control electronics for functionality, install any updates
• Check the electronic settings and adjust the values for circulation and waste water if necessary
• Check shut-off function (float or pressure switch)
• Check the function of the water softener
• Check the regeneration cycle of the water softener
• Refill salt tablets if necessary
• Create maintenance log and attach inspection sticker

All necessary materials, such as filter inserts, membranes, etc., are charged additionally! The costs for one-time travel to and from the site are already included in the maintenance fee. Any repairs that may be required are charged separately (except in the case of a warranty claim).

Installation and maintenance service for reverse osmosis systems

If you wish, we can install your reverse osmosis system within Germany at a fixed price. Thanks to our 4 locations, we can offer the installation service including travel at a reasonable fixed price.

• We will contact you by phone to arrange an appointment
