Description
Maintenance of a basic water softening system by our specialist. The maintenance includes the following points:
-Measure water hardness
-Measure water hardness
-Check system for leaks
-Check regeneration run
-Clean and disinfect the resin bed
-Check control electronics for functionality, install any updates
-Check electronic settings
-Check safety float in salt tank
-Refill salt if necessary (salt not included in the price)
-Create a maintenance report and attach an inspection sticker
Any repairs required will be charged separately (except in cases of warranty).

You will usually receive a binding appointment within 4 to 6 weeks. Please note that if you miss the appointment or cancel late (without a valid reason), we reserve the right to charge a travel fee of 100 ¤.
Installation and maintenance service for water softening systems
If you wish, we can install your water softener at a fixed price within Germany. Thanks to our 4 locations, we can offer the installation service including travel at a reasonable fixed price.
Thats how it works:
- You order the desired system including installation service in our online shop, by phone or by email
- To eliminate any possible ambiguities, please send us a few photos of the installation location in advance
- We will contact you by phone to arrange an appointment
- Our technician will professionally install the system for you
